The charging device includes a built-in thermostat that cuts power if temperatures exceed 120°F for added safety. Crafted from UV-coated white birch with dovetail joinery, the drawer features preinstalled full-extension, soft-close undermount slides for smooth, quiet operation. It ships fully assembled and installs easily with a patent-pending rear bracket. Just plug into an existing outlet—no electrician required. Designed to fit most vanity cabinets with a minimum 15" opening.

    Returns:
    You must have a return authorization number prior to sending your items back to us. You may log into your account and request a return authorization. Excluding some custom made pieces, virtually all of our hardware can be returned within 30 days of receipt even when free of error or defect, as long as it is within the original, unopened packaging. In this case, we charge a 25% restocking fee. Furthermore, if your order was shipped with free shipping, the $7.95 shipping subsidy will be deducted from your credit. After 30 day from receipt, items are generally not eligible to be returned. However, we will periodically make exceptions on a case by case basis, normally based upon whether we can persuade the manufacturer to take them back. Such returns made over 30 days after receipt will be eligible for store credit only. If you are placing a replacement order with us, of equal or greater value, you can request that the restocking fees be waived.
    Any items that are custom made to order, special order, or have been discontinued by the manufacturer are not eligible for return. This includes all products made by Edgar Berebi, Jaye Design, Rocky Mountain Hardware, and other made-to-order brands.

  • Where are Knobs.co's products made?
    We carry over 25 brands of cabinet hardware, including most of the top names in the industry. Virtually all of the brands fall into one of two categories. Brands that custom make their products to order, such as Rocky Mountain Hardware and Edgar Berebi, make them in the United States. The custom production also means that these brands have premium prices and slower shipping times. Brands that mass produce their products, such as Top Knobs and Jeffery Alexander Hardware, produce them overseas and warehouse them in the United States. These brands have lower price points and faster shipping times than their custom made competitors.
  • Can I get free samples?
    Absolutely. Our samples policy works through a rebate. In this system, you'll buy your sample knobs and pulls like normal, paying for them at checkout. Then when you follow up with a qualifying order, we'll refund you for the samples you initially bought.   • Should I mix and match knobs and pulls?
    A few years ago we conducted a poll amongst the interior designers who use our site, asking them if they preferred to use 1) knobs only, 2) pulls only, or 3) a combination of the two. The clear winner was #3, a combination of the two. Most collections we carry offer a combination of knobs and pulls meant to complement one another.
